As a First Responder & Public Safety wellness specialist, Dr. Tia combines trauma-focused therapeutic interventions to help professionals improve their quality of life and strengthen their ability to serve the communities they love.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACHS
Dr. Tia utilizes evidence-based techniques, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her collaborative approach is designed to meet clients' individual needs and empower their natural capacity for healing and growth.
