Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Focuses on altering how distressing images are stored in the brain, using guided eye movements and visualization techniques. ART is often considered effective for quickly alleviating symptoms, with many clients experiencing relief within just a few sessions.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Designed to help people heal from trauma or distressing life experiences. It uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity and negative impact.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It helps individuals develop healthier coping strategies by challenging distorted thinking and encouraging more constructive responses to life situations.
Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
Encourages individuals to accept difficult emotions and thoughts rather than trying to eliminate them. It focuses on living in alignment with one's values and committing to meaningful actions, despite emotional challenges, to promote psychological flexibility and well-being.


Dialectical (DBT)
focuses on teaching individuals skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors. It combines acceptance and change strategies, helping people develop mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Originally developed for individuals with borderline personality disorder, DBT is now used to treat various mental health conditions.
